The proposal called for a thoughtful redesign to breathe new life into an existing villa. The plan layout was reworked to create a harmonious connection between indoor and outdoor spaces, and have the living area open directly into the compact garden on the ground floor, creating a seamless flow into greenery. 

On the first floor, we proposed to swap the master and kids’ bedrooms, providing a spacious terrace for the master suite and more room for the child. This reconfiguration also allows for a new winter garden cum home office in the common landing area, infusing the entire house with lush indoor greenery. 

The highlight of the proposal was the new terrace bar and pavilion seating area, perfect for hosting friends and socializing. This versatile space is also ideal for enjoying a quiet cup of tea with a book. Designed for modern living and timeless comfort, the design aimed to rejuvenate a housing scheme ‘unit’ by proposing flexible spaces and adaptable furniture for a young couple’s first home.
